Section 515
Interpretation of the contract

(1) The contract should be interpreted according to the collective intention of its parties.
(2) If the intention cannot be established according to sub-section (1), a person of common sense must interpret the contract according to the meaning of the intention that can be given by a party in normal circumstances.
(3) If the statement and conduct of one of the parties to the contract is known or can be assumed to be known by the other party, the contract will be interpreted according to the intention of such party.
(4) The terminology and expressions used in the contract shall be interpreted on the basis of the entire contract or the context in which such terminology and expressions exist.
(5) Terminology used in the contract shall be interpreted in such a way as to exclude from other terminologies and not to give effect to only some terms, but to make all the terms used therein effective.
